All our holiday apartments are fully equipped with a shower and WC, dishes and linen, kitchen-living room, bedroom, balcony, television and wall safe. And there's fun for our younger guests as well, with a meadow for games and sunbathing, with a swimming pool, boccia court and an enticing grill corner.

All prices are per day and per apartment, based on an occupancy of 2 persons for a minimum of 3-4 nights.
An additional charge of 20 euros is applied for each additional adult person.
Children up to 3 years old stay for free.
Your dogs are always welcome at our dog-friendly house.
Welcome Drink in the Heart of St. Pauls
For newly arrived guests, daughter Athina and husband Manuel offer a welcome drink at the centrally located "Zum Mondschein" bar as a greeting.
Guest Card
You enjoy free transportation with:
- Regional trains between Brenner and Trento, as well as Mals and Innichen
- All local buses
- Cable cars to popular high plateaus such as Ritten and Jenesien, the historic Ritten tram, and the Mendel funicular
Arrival/Departure
On the day of arrival, the apartments are ready for occupancy from 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 AM.
Local tourism tax
The local tourism tax is charged at €2.00 per day per person. Children up to 14 years old are not subject to the charge.
Payment
You can pay in cash or by bank transfer. Our bank details will be provided to you via email.
Booking
Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit (booking security) and the sending of the booking confirmation. The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.
Cancellation Conditions
There is no right of withdrawal according to the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:
- Up to 3 months before arrival, you can cancel free of charge, and only the deposit will be retained.
- In the last 30 days before the trip, the cancellation fee is 100% of the travel price.
- In case of non-appearance, we will invoice 100% of the travel price, which will be offset against the deposit.
In the event of an early departure, the enjoyed and unenjoyed days will be invoiced. Please inform us in a timely manner if you cannot start your vacation.
Travel Cancellation Insurance
We recommend taking out the "Roter Hahn Cancellation Insurance" at the time of booking your stay. This covers cancellation fees, allowing you to look forward to your vacation without worries. More information can be found HERE.
